Bat Boy: The Musical
The Capitol presents its first production of an exciting new endeavor this weekend, the Capitol Second Stage. Reaching into a different type of theatre than what is usually found in the area, this 18 & up group kicks things off Friday and Saturday with Bat Boy: The Musical.
Bat Boy found in cave! Just in time for Halloween, the Weekly World News regular is on the loose in Hope Falls, WV, taking out the local cow population. Filled with a huge cast of hilarious characters from the suspicious townsfolk to Bat Boy and his adopted family, perfect house wife Meredith, her typical teenage daughter Shelly, and her husband sinister veterinarian Dr. Parker.

Museum Monster Mash
Looking for a safe place to take the kids for Halloween celebrations this weekend? Get extra mileage out of that costume and take them to the Museum Monster Mash this Saturday at the National Corvette Museum for some Trick-or-Treating on the indoor Corvette Boulevard! Free arts and crafts activities include Cookie Decorating, Mask Making and Coloring Activities.
Carnival games featuring Duck Pond, Go Fish, Bean Bag Toss, Ring Toss and Pinko are only 25 cents a play with prizes. Enjoy Halloween tunes and a costume contest at 2pm. This free event will take place inside the Conference Center and along the Boulevard and is separate from museum tours.
Be sure to visit in November when all service men & women and their immediate families are honored with free museum admission.
