9th Annual Holley NHRA National Hot Rod Reunion
It's the hottest event of the year in Bowling Green as some of the coolest cars in the country make the trek to Beech Bend Raceway for the 9th Annual Holley NHRA National Hot Rod Reunion this week! With a new daily format featuring events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday this year, don't miss this festival of speed, hot rods and American automotive enthusiasm featuring loads of family-fun activities such as Hot Heads nostalgic drag racing, the sensational Cacklefest and SoffSeal Show N Shine.
The NHRR brings to life the sights, sounds and people who made history in the early days of drag racing. Can't make it out to the track? Head over to the Sloan Convention Center for the event Ribbon Cutting Wednesday at 5 pm or for the Reunion Reception Thursday at 7 pm, both free and open to the public.

Beatlemadness with Orchestra KY
The weather forecast for Friday's Beatlemadness concert is looking good! Spend a pleasant evening at the Bowling Green Ballpark, listening to the Beatles' greatest hits. The Rewinders will provide the rock band and vocals, Orchestra Kentucky will provide the original strings and brass, and all work together to bring the Beatles' recordings to life.
OK Executive Director, Darrell Edwards, is already in party mode for this tribute to the Fab Four. "Don't be a Fool on the Hill and miss this Ob-La-Di, Magical Mystery Tour concert event of the year. Help! your Honey Pie down Penny Lane, With a Little From My Friends, to the Hot Rods Ballpark for an unforgettable Something special."
Tickets are still available by calling 270-846-2426 or following the link below to OK's website. Rain date is Saturday, June 18.
