The Heart of a Leader
What is in a person's heart eventually affects their ability to lead. A leader/pastor who fails to monitor their heart places their local congregation in jeopardy. Proverbs 4:23 states, "Above all else guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life." You live, love, and lead from your heart.
It is expected that the Children's Pastor at SHCC-like all other staff and leaders-will guard their heart for it impacts everything they do. Passionately pursue Jesus
Maintain a positive attitude
Display a servant's heart/Be a person of integrity
