The Indianola Church of Christ is searching for a full-time Young Life Pastor to fill a dual role in our church ministry. The young life pastor is responsible for the continuing spiritual development of our students from birth through high school. The young life ministry will be responsible for a well-rounded program seeing that children and youth get experience in each of the five pillars of ministry: outreach, discipleship, worship, fellowship and service. The congregation also desires a candidate who is able to help lead our worship arts ministry.
This ministry position will require a man who is highly passionate about ministry and has strong administrative, teaching and worship leading skills.
The Indianola Church of Christ is a vibrant, independent church located in the heart of Central Iowa. Indianola is a growing community located just a few miles south of Des Moines (Iowa's Capital City) and is the county seat of Warren County. A four-year college is also located in our community.

Our church was established over 100 years ago in the same location. Our congregation is very friendly and caring. We have a well maintained facility and a parsonage. Our town is small but active and is surrounded by several near by large towns. The Gothic House from the famous Gothic painting by Grant Woods is located in Eldon. We have a community which gives an excellent opportunity for growth. Our salary is negotiable depending on experience. Our purpose is to proclaim Acts 2:38. New Life Christian Church is six years old and serves a three county area in north central Florida, 20 miles south of Ocala. The area is dominated by a large retirement community known as The Villages (currently 80K). Therefore the targeted demographic of this congregation is the age group of 55 and older.
We are seeking a worship minister/associate minister who will join us in this unique ministry. Our services are blended. The ideal candidate will be one who has experience in recruiting, training and organizing praise teams and praise bands. Additional experience in other areas of the arts is desirable as well as competence in technological areas. A more complete job description is available on our website, www.nlchristian.org.
