Kicking off this Friday at 7am (starting at the green smoothie bar - 236 James Street North) we are going to work with our members ranging from the Y's to fitness clubs to nutritionists on walking, running, hiking, eating better, exercising more - all under the umbrella of helping to create "healthier workplaces" to build competitive businesses. This initiative was prompted by the great work of our Human Resources Committee (chaired by Denise Doyle of the YWCA) and our Young Entrepreneurs and Professional Division (chaired by Joe Accardi).  The first session on September 28 will be a 5k walk or run, starting from the green smoothie bar.  At the end of the walk/run, Joe Accardi will discuss the health benefits of organic green smoothies.
