AnnouncementJune 5, 2012
Greetings!

The National Organic Program (NOP) is pleased to announce a contracting opportunity for technical reports.

The webcast from the May National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) meeting is also now available.

Contracting Opportunity: Technical Reports

A key activity for the NOP is supporting the NOSB's evaluation of substances for the National List. To support this work, we contract with external organizations to develop Technical Reports about these substances. The NOP is pleased to announce a new contracting opportunity for organizations interested in developing Technical Reports for the NOP and NOSB.

The NOP intends to establish a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement with multiple contractors. Contractors awarded Blanket Purchase Agreements through this solicitation will subsequently compete for individual Technical Report projects (called "call orders").

Learn more from the Presolicitation Notice, including a Draft Statement of Work:

Presolicitation Notice

While this solicitation is active, the NOP cannot answer contracting-related questions. All questions must be directed to: Leah Schultz, Contract Specialist.
