Mold Found In College Dorm |

If you walked into several rooms at the Inn at Hocking College, you would see it growing on the walls and ceiling ... mold.
And in some rooms, it's everywhere.
It was discovered a week-and-half ago at the inn, and after more tests, it was found in rooms throughout the inn.
The inn, which is used as a hands-on classroom for hotel-management students, closed all 42 guest rooms, and guests' reservations were canceled.

Mold Issue to Close Des Moines Moulton School For a Week |

The Des Moines school district's Moulton Extended Learning Center will be closed all next week after mold was discovered in a second-grade classroom at the elementary and middle school.
School officials said the mold was discovered last week after a teacher in Room 134 complained about a musty smell and had what was described as a mild reaction to something in the room.
School spokesman Phil Roeder said workers discovered water damage behind a wall in portion of the classroom, which sits partially below ground level. The damage was repaired and cleaned, but subsequent air tests still showed...
