A woman is suing after, she says, she was seriously injured as a result of inhaling poisonous mold.

Diane Gillespie filed a lawsuit on Dec. 30 in the Harris County District Court against El Centro Painting & Wall Covering Inc., alleging negligence.

Toyota Employees Remain Stripped of Treatment After Toxic Mold Exposure

The Toyota workers, who were harmed by contaminants in the Poway, California car dealership have been begging for medical treatment after becoming ill with sinus infections, headaches memory loss and a whole host of other symptoms that have disabled their ability to work.

Cleaning Sprays Can Trigger Asthma

Cleaning sprays, chlorine bleach and disinfectants may be contributing to the rise in asthma at home and work, according to Dr. Jan-Paul Zock, an expert in occupational asthma. There is growing evidence that exposure to some cleaning products can provoke respiratory disorders and make existing asthma worse, but that it is preventable.
