I am so proud of all the effort that every member of our community put into the preparation for our site visit. This was a monumental... |More|

Ringing in a New Phone System On Campus
| |
In the coming months, RUSVM will be implementing a new phone system across campus. Although the new phone system will directly impact faculty and staff, it will indirectly impact students and the community through increased reliability and quality of the system. The new system will be implemented in two stages, the first of which will begin with the reopening of on-campus housing and the opening of the new Large Animal Complex. The second phase will be transitioning all of main campus to the system in late summer. |More|

| Nominators Take PRIDE in Presenting Awards | Maybe it is because the trophies are simply too heavy to pack in luggage or too conspicuous to make it through airport security without a search as a carry-on; or maybe, just maybe, this year's PRIDE nominators wanted to share the pride of presenting the trophy to the person they nominated for such a distinguished award. |More|

The Josh Project raised more than EC $1,525 during its recent coin fundraiser. Semesters competed against each other to see who could raise the most money in order to have a specified faculty member "dress-up" as a character. The winning semester was 5th semester (Orange), therefore Dr. Thierry Beths, assistant professor of Anesthesiology dressed as Bamm-Bamm from The Flintstones. Also, Dr. Dustine Spencer, assistant professor of Anatomy agreed to dye her hair the color of the losing semester, 4th semester (Blue). Thanks to everyone for supporting the Josh Project. Proceeds from the event will buy two rocking chairs for the pediatric ward at the JNF Hospital in St. Kitts.
