All this being said, we can reinforce this positive vibe in the street from what we are seeing. Busy is the best adjective, buyers are out looking aggressively and sellers are hearing offers. Great combination! On this point the TNT's mantra still holds true, Be the "Shiny Penny", sellers need to show very well and have a reasonable sticker price in place, "best in class" wins.
