Summer is here and the typical seasonal slowdown in the market place has started. With that said our open houses at 4 Birchside Drive, Norwalk and 26 Hogan Trail, Westport,  were very busy. What a nice surprise for our sellers! Many visitors already had good feel for the houses as they had visited our websites and saw the photos and marketing materials we posted there. The on-line showing is more important than ever before so we strive to present the best on-line experience possible.  

Sales for the month of June did not disappoint, they outpaced the previous month and mark the best month of the year for our towns. Other data points including price, inventory, and market times came in mixed from town to town.  Have a look at our market action reports for each town for the details.

As we said in the previous edition of the TNT Chronicle, the "shiny penny" continues to receive the activity while those that are not, chalk up their "days on market" quietly.  Look your best and price it right!
