MISS AMERICA'S OUTSTANDING TEEN 2012 ELIZABETH FECHTEL GREETS CMN TORCH RELAY RACERS IN ORLANDO, FL
 
Tampa, FL- November 13, 2011- Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2012 Elizabeth Fechtel and Miss America 2011 Teresa Scanlan were on hand to greet hundreds of participants as they finished The 2011 Torch Relay for the Children's Miracle Network race at Sea World in Orlando, FL on Saturday, November 12, 2011. They also signed their names to the bus that had made the journey across 28 cities.  Joining them were Miss Florida 2011 Kristina Janolo and Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen 2011 Rachel Strever.   

The Torch Relay for the Children's Miracle Network is a cross-country, multi-day event where participants walk, run or cycle at events to raise funds for their local Children's Miracle Network Hospital. Funds raised during the Orlando Torch Relay benefit Arnold Palmer Medical Center and Shands Children's Hospital at University of Florida.   The Relay, which began in 2002 and today includes 28 cities, kicked off in Chicago, Illinois on October 8th and concluded this past Saturday in Orlando, Florida. The goal was to raise $1.5 million for CMN. In the past 10 years, the relay has raised more than $7 million for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
