Miss Pennsylvania's Outstanding Teen 2008 Julia Rae Becomes A National Recording Artist

Julie Rae Since being named Miss Pennsylvania Outstanding Teen 2008 and first-runner up to MAOTeen 2009, Julia has been busy advancing her music career and her platform, Singing at the Top of My Lungs. As a teen living with Cystic Fibrosis, Julia is working to fund research for a cure and to empower children to reach for their dreams no matter their challenges.

Julia is recording in Los Angeles now and performing nationally. Julia's song, Be That Girl, is featured in the upcoming motion picture, The Greening of Whitney Brown, starring Aidan Quinn, Brooke Shields, Kris Kristofferson and Sammi Hanratty. The film will be released on Friday, November 11, 2011.

A music video of Be That Girl will be released soon! And her song, Sing It At the Top of Your Lungs, based on her vision for her Foundation is now available on iTunes. A portion of the proceeds of every download will go to advancing the mission of Julia's non-profit.

Julia loves hearing from her MAOTeen "sisters" and credits her MAOTeen experience for helping to open doors for her dreams!

Miss Pennsylvania's Outstanding Teen 2010 Appears In Two National Magazines

MAOTeen congratulates Miss Pennsylvania's Outstanding Teen 2010 Jocelyn Gruber as she appeared in the October issues for both Cosmopolitan and Rachel Ray Everyday Living magazines.

As Miss Pennsylvania's Outstanding Teen, Jocelyn had the opportunity to model in several bridal shows. In doing so, she was discovered by a photographer who introduced her to the agents at Wilhelmina Models, one of the most prominent modeling agencies in the world. Jocelyn spent this past summer in New York City modeling; having the time of her life.

Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2012 Elizabeth Fechtel

Elizabeth has had a very busy Fall. As a senior in high school, she has been visiting colleges in an effort to decide where she may want to attend in the future. It will be exciting to find out where she ends up. This past month Elizabeth also celebrated her MAOTeen success with the Miss Florida Board of Directors and crowned Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen 2011 Rachel Strever.
