MISS AMERICA'S OUTSTANDING TEEN ORGANIZATION ANNOUNCES WEDNESDAY NIGHT'S PRELIMINARY AWARD WINNERS
 
Orlando, FL- August 17, 2011- Miss America's Outstanding Teen Organization announces Miss Alabama's Outstanding Teen 2011 Mi'a Callens as Tuesday night's preliminary Talent Award winner.
