The Feast of Saint Arnold is on Sunday, July 15

Individual tickets are now on sale for what is the most spectacular event that we put on at the brewery. It is part medieval feast, part fundraiser. The food alone will make this a very special evening. Toss in a cask of Divine Reserve No. 12 before its official release and it only gets better. Chef Scott Castell of Saltgrass Steakhouse is returning to see if he can outdo his performance last year. From the looks of the menu, he will.  

The real purpose of this event is to raise funds for Texas Children's Hospital IBD Center / Gastroenterology Clinic. Last year we raised $12,000. This year we want to go well past $15,000.

As we have sold several sponsor tables to boost the fundraising, there is a limited number of individual tickets available. (And thank you to all of our sponsors!) Individual tickets are $95 each. Considering how much you would pay for a much lesser dinner including tax and tip, this is a great value, and you are doing good!

Chef Castell is preparing all of the food using our beers as ingredients (and selling us the food at his cost for which we are greatly appreciative to Chef and the entire Landry's organization). If you talk to anybody who went to last year's event, you will discover that this is no eat-a-rubber chicken-while-wearing-a-monkey suit event. Personally we can attest this is the best food at a fundraiser we have ever experienced. And the feast-style presentation of the food makes this an event where you will become friends with all of your seat-mates.

The plan is to have you arrive at 5:00 PM, mingle and enjoy the special preview of DR12. At 5:45 prompt, the feast will commence. Utensils optional. Attire is brewery formal, which only precludes flip-flops.
