Dear Saint Arnold's Army:
Hat trick!
 We won three medals at the Great American Beer Festival
this past Saturday: one Gold and two Silvers. That is our best showing ever. We just missed out on winning the brewery of the year award. Doh!
Fancy Lawnmower Beer won a Gold Medal in the K�lsch
category, Elissa IPA won a Silver Medal in the Extra Special Bitter category
and Oktoberfest won a Silver Medal in the Scottish Ale category. We have now won 16 GABF medals over our
16 years of brewing, a consistency that we certainly prize.

Oktoberfest Pub Crawl this Saturday in the Shepherd Plaza
area
Come out this Saturday afternoon on September 25 starting at 1
PM for our annual Oktoberfest Pub Crawl. We'll start at one location, then have an open house between
3 locations and then finish with a street party between the final two
locations. The prize for making
all of the stops will be a Saint Arnold Pub Crawl Pint Glass. As always, designated drivers are
eligible and encouraged! Here is
the plan:
1 PM to 2 PM: Mucky Duck. This is where we gather to begin and hand out the pub crawl
tickets. You must make this stop
during this period to get your ticket.
2 PM to 5 PM: In any order, you must visit the following
three establishments:
Mugsy's Pub
Hobbit Caf�
Mezzanine Sports Bar
5 PM: You can visit either Stags Head or McElroys or
someplace in between. This will be
the fun at the finish. As always,
remember that we will be bringing a large but limited number of pint glasses.
We look forward to seeing you out there! Remember to tip your waitstaff well, cash is helpful and
that it is bad form to be seen enjoying
anything that doesn't have
a little saint in it!

Cactus Music Fun During the Pub Crawl
The grand finale of our pub crawl is right next to Cactus
Music, a Houston institution in which Saint Arnold is involved. In addition to the great selection of
CDs and vinyl, there are always in-store performances and other cool things
going on there. You might even be
able to grab a coupon that they will be handing out to our crawlers! Here are a couple of things that will
be going on at Cactus during our crawl:

Bottling Line Openings
We have a couple of openings on our bottling line
resulting from our growth. These
are entry level positions involving shift work. Starting pay is $8.50 per hour, eligible for health insurance
after 3 months and 401K after a year (matching up to 9%). Nobody makes much here to start, but
you are rewarded as the company grows.
