Here it is:
You and I have no way of knowing if my services would prove to be valuable to you at this time. But we can determine if they would be valuable to you, by your answering a few simple questions.
Then you need two or three questions to drive home your point.
For example,
"If you died today, would you want your family to continue to live in the same life style that you provided them while you was still alive?"
"If you died today, would you want your wife and children to still be able to have shoes and clothing and food and the necessities of life?"
You want to ask questions that the ANSWERS will be YES or a positive response. That is so for when you ask him
"IF I COULD SHOW YOU A WAY TO PROVIDE FOR YOUR FAMILY FOR ONE TO TWO DOLLARS A DAY, WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN LOOKING AT WHAT I CAN OFFER? IS YOUR WIFE AND FAMILY WORTH A DOLLAR TO TWO DOLLARS A DAY TO YOU?" his answerS will again be YES.
Looking for a way to drive home the point of the importance of Critical Illness Insurance to your prospects?
Give your prospect a blank sheet of paper and a pen. Ask them to write down short one or two word answers to these three important questions, to determine if you can help them.
1. If you had a HEART ATTACK last night, what are the three most important things you would want taken care of today?
2. If you was diagnosed with CANCER yesterday, what are the three most important things you would be worried about?
3. If you had a STROKE yesterday, what are the three most important things you would want taken care of today?
Almost everyone will write down HEALTH, FAMILY and FINANCES or MONEY.
Then ask your prospect these questions:
If you suffered a critical illness yesterday, and are dealing with health issues, do you need additional FINANCIAL STRESS?
Would a large lump sum critical illness benefit help remove any financial stress so you could focus on your recovery?
Is it smart to insure your car before or after an accident?
Is it wise to insure your home before or after a fire happens?
If you are in the hospital recovering from a critical illness, would you rather me send you a get well card or a large lump sum check?
