In an effort to be more efficient with your employee enrollments and terminations. We want to make sure you are aware that Aetna has a new employer web site. This site specifically has enhanced features of eEnrollment and will better help you to easily manage benefits online.
If you have not received one already, a letter will be sent to you with a temporary password to the site. Below you will find an example of the letter that will be sent out over the next few weeks.
Once you receive your letter with your temporary password you will go to www.aetna.com/pspregister. Use your temporary password from the letter. After your initial registration, future logins can be accessed by going to www.aetna.com and choosing the "Employers" section. Or by typing www.aetna.com/employer into the web browser.
Online enrollment has many benefits including:
- Speed: Online enrollments are processed much faster than a paper application.
- Accuracy: Because you are controlling the input of information there is much less room for error often caused by illegible handwriting and faint faxes.
- Eco-Friendly: there is no longer a need to print and process paper applications.
- The chain of information stops with you. You no longer have to forward an application to your contact at Kelly Insurance, wait for them to process the application with your carrier, and receive word back from them when it is completed. It is now all handled from your desk top directly.
In addition to the benefits above, we are happy to offer you personal training with Aetna's web site. Our Enrollment Specialist, Heather Fryer, is available for on-site training.
