 encore will be hosting its fourth restaurant week this spring. Area chefs will be serving up delicious cuisine-something for virtually every taste and style- in the area's best venues and at affordably delightful prices.
Encore Restaurant Week gives local food aficionados and visitors an opportunity to enjoy prix fixe breakfasts, lunches and/or dinners, as well as desserts, at participating eateries throughout the Port City (tax and gratuity not included).

Cape Fear Wildlife Expo

As a family event, the expo will feature wildlife art and decoy displays; book signings by regional outdoor writers; hunting and fishing products; boats and accessories; truck and ATV displays; fly-fishing and decoy-carving demonstrations; conservation exhibits; outdoor sports guides and outfitters.
Admission Fee: Adult $8.00, Seniors (65 and over) $5.00, Children 10 years old and under are free. The location is the new Wilmington Convention Center and the Coastline Convention Center. |

| Fourth Friday Gallery Nights |
Fourth Friday Gallery Nights are a free monthly event where several downtown galleries, studios and art spaces open their doors to the public in an after-hours celebration of art and culture. Taking place from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on the fourth Friday of each month, the Art Walk is a self-guided tour featuring exhibitions of various artistic genres including oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, photography, wood, metals, ceramics, mixed media and more. Showcasing art and art-related events, Fourth Fridays also include opening receptions, demonstrations, artist discussions, live music, wine, food and other traditional and non-traditional art-activities.
