New Businesses Welcomed to Downtown
| Two new businesses were properly welcomed to downtown with ribbon cutting ceremonies. manna, located at 123 Princess Street, is a white tablecloth retaurant featuring an eclectic menu.
Wayfarer Delicatessen, located at 110 South Front Street, features a variety of menu choices, including breakfast.
These businesses contributed to a net gain of 14 new new street-level businesses for 2010. The previous five years saw an average of seven net new businesses per year in the Central Business District. Downtown Wilmington's economic activity is increasing; we look forward to sharing more data with you in future newsletters.
