Fundraising Events   COPS WALK SOUTHWEST
The Inaugural COPS WALK SOUTHWEST was a huge success raising $96,640 with 33 fundraising walkers and a huge boost from Lead Sponsor Streamlight. We hope you will consider supporting the National Office in one of these upcoming Fundraising Events.

- COP CAKES for a Cause II - May 13  
- Ride to Remember, Colorado - May 19-Donate
- Alaskan Cruise - June 18-25
- COPS WALK, near Washington, D.C. - October 6-7
- COPS WALK SOUTHWEST, Phoenix, AZ - Feb. 23-24, 2013 
Blue Alert Update   

In states across the nation, Blue Alert bills, resolutions and Executive Orders are being signed.

Congratulations to the newest additions to this list: Ohio, Kentucky, South Carolina and Washington.

These are the states that have implemented Blue Alert Systems according to our research: Alabama, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.

While thousands will be commemorating National Police Week in Washington, D.C., we encourage people across the Nation to Fly the Blue from May 13th - 19th to honor the fallen and show support for Law  Enforcement Officers that are on the streets each day risking their lives to protect the citizens they serve.
