Frequently Asked Questions There's a lot to keep track of when it comes to registering for a summer camp so we though we'd put together some of our most recent frequently asked questions to help out those of you who may be doing this for the first time!
Q. Can I request a roommate? A. Yes. You will be sent a roommate request form after you have registered for camp. You may request up to one other student to room with you. The packet of forms which contain the roommate request form will be mailed to you.
Q. I am making a recording for an Ability Discount or an for an Audition. What format does it need to be in? A. Recordings can be on cassette tape or CD only. No DVD's. No video tapes. For a CD, the recording needs to be playable in either a CD player or in a computer. The instructors should be able to put the disc into their device (either CD player or computer) and the CD should start playing automatically, or they should be able to click on the track and have it start playing through a media player. No specific audio format is required, as long as it plays!
Q. How do I sign-up for an elective? A. After a student has registered for camp, you will receive a packet of forms in the mail. One of these will be an elective preference form. When we get the forms back in the mail, we will fill elective requests on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Q. I'm having trouble making a payment or viewing my camp balance. How do I do it? A. Go tofees.fsu.edu Click on the link for "Other Customers & Non-Credit Students". In the customer ID box, enter the students socials security number without any dashes. It will then show you your account and you can make payments here.
