Dear Friends of Berry Best Farm,

We just wanted to say thank you to everyone for a great 2009 season. It was an excellent summer for blueberry picking--in fact it was one of the best crops we've ever had. The peach crop was also very good this year. After an extremely wet spring the weather cooperated for much of the picking season. It was great to see so many familiar faces visit us again this summer.

If you are looking for a unique gift idea for the holidays, we are now offering Berry Best Farm gift certificates. They can be used during next year's picking season for fresh fruit or for any item in the farm store (homemade jams, honey, t-shirts, etc.).

Next year we will be announcing via email when the blueberries, raspberries and peaches are ripe and ready to pick. We are also planning to send out a few e-newsletters next year to let everyone know the latest farm news and each one will feature a blueberry, peach or raspberry recipe.
