As this is written we are experiencing our first day of snow here in the Flathead Valley. The Whitefish Mountain Resort staff is hurrying to finish the new Badrock Chair Lift in time for the resort opening just one month away. This new lift will provide direct access from the Day Lodge to all chairlifts and the village condominiums, restaurants and shopping. This should be another significant step in skier convenience and is a key part of the resort's ongoing improvement plan.
Congratulations to Vivian Bridaham in our Bozeman office for her new listing on the Dennis Quaid Ranch in Emigrant, MT. Significant to all of us here is that this one listing has generated nearly 28,000 visits to the Glacier Sotheby's International Realty web site. This traffic is sure to expose all of our listings to qualified buyers from around the world.
The Bigfork Community Foundation is sponsoring a ski film to benefit the Bigfork to Whitefish ski bus, which provides Saturday service from Bigfork High School to Whitefish Mountain Resort. This worthwhile event is being held on Friday, November 25 at The Cookie Shack at Brookies in Bigfork.
On Thursday, November 17, Glacier Sotheby's is hosting our annual Realtor tour of properties listed for sale at the Whitefish Mountain Resort. This tour arranges easy access at one time to all properties listed at the resort and includes a brief presentation of upcoming news from WMR staff. |
