If you really think about it, setting goals is a cowardly act. Goals are for those of us that lack the courage to DECIDE. A goal is a decision that's been downgraded in power by choosing to bring "the possibility of not" into the equation.

When I say, "I'm quite confident that I'll be able to pull it off," I am willingly granting admission to the possibility that I will not.

Willingly. Because I choose how I think. Always.

When I say, "I am," I've chosen to leave no room for the possibility of not. At least not in my mind.

And THAT makes all the difference, because I am an entirely different person when I choose to make a decision on something I desire versus wishing on it, or making a goal out of it.

The quality and quantity of action that I take from a decision mindset is entirely different - more powerful and efficient, and immediate - than the action I take (if any) from a wishing mindset.

We've been conditioned all of our lives to set "goals". Upgrade your software. Upgrade your goals into decisions. Simply DECIDE that what you desire will be. 

Then witness the difference in your internal state. And then witness the difference in your action. And finally witness the difference in the results you create.

GOALS are for COWARDS!!!
