You are the awareness behind the thoughts. And that's cool because that means your thoughts don't govern you. Observing yourself without judging yourself requires that you love every bit of yourself. Every bit. You know that secret that you'd NEVER write on your Facebook wall? The one you'd DIE if people knew was true about you? Love it. Totally. That's the radical part of "Radical Acceptance". You're an expression of Divine Grace in human form. The guru. You. How could there ever be something inadequate about you? How could there ever be something wrong with your truth? |
