Chris Dorris I'm asking a favor: please give me your sincere thoughts on precisely what we do inside ourselves when we make the shift to ALL-INness from anything else. I want to hear your thoughts!!!

Split second before the change happens, I finally make a firm decision and with it come a strong feeling of motivation, determination and fearless attitude where you have nothing to lose because there is nothing to lose. Then...I go with the change in faith. Decision, feeling, faith.

Nancy Giles For me, I would say my commitment increases while my "work" decreases-there's no more fight, struggle, and trying to control everything. I'm just saying to the Universe, "Ok, I decided. Bring it." Literally, BRING IT to me! Physically, I am guessing a whole lot of positive things happen: My blood pressure drops, my headache goes away, I lose a pound, my heart beat slows. I'm not worried and stressed about the outcome anymore because I decided.

Cynthia R Winter Morrissey For me: a calm, relaxing, no stress state of mind while, at the same exact time, being totally pumped, and stoked to receive whatever it is I'm asking for.

Brielle Paolini Life is so much about momentum. Once you create a high energy state, everything you do falls exactly into place. When I remind myself that I am "All In," I get excited! I get pumped! I know incredible things are going to follow. Fear and worry dissapate and are replaced with enthusiasm and hope! I don't even care about the result because in that moment I feel amazing- that is result enough! It blows my mind that those two words have the power to transform my energy and drop the first domino on my positive momentum!

Maria Calufetti as i have transformed and shifted, i can't honestly say what happens only that now i feel peace and joy. i observe and respond rather than react (most of the time, i am still human after all) for me it's being and living in a space of "big" love and compassion. awareness.

Lauren Todd Truly I think it's when I stop looking down and trying to jump over the canyon/hurdle and start just believing that life is a good, happy and vibrant place. At some point, for me all-in = absense of doubt. I stop doubting myself when I ask the question, why not? why can't i do ____? and I must say I have yet to give myself a good enough reason to continue to just stare at the challenge.

Hans Sieber Seems like it is an exhilerating moment, a moment when I feel that at LAST I get to do what I want, what I enjoy, what is fun, what I'm made for. Trust your gutt. Awesome. Thanks. Now I'm back in touch with that feeling. So, now time to go pick up the boys at preschool.

Robert Dorris We do no-thing. The 'I am' within expands to include that which was without. We feel a 'Oneness' with all existance. This is not a state of doing -- it is a state of being. This state of being envelops you like a robe when you are ready and willing to just be.

Cy Garrick I have been putting some thought into this Chris and I think that when someone is saying maybe, if you could dissect that, it would be a certain amount of cells in the body vibrating in a certain manner and the others vibrating in another. And when you make that decision of I'm all in and I mean a true decision like knowing that you would die for that belief, like I would for my family and loved ones, then I think you would see every cell in the human body vibrating in complete harmony with one another and it is an unstoppable force. For example: If someone that I didn't know was about to be hit by a car, I know I would hesitate to jump in front of that car, however if it was my wife or little girl, there would be no hesitation, I would just react and jump in front. Kinda like the Bennie story.
