The Easter Egg Hunt Mentality
What a beautiful reminder we just had this past weekend of the miraculous nature of the mentality of a child on an Easter Egg Hunt!
Whether you celebrate Easter or not, there's so much value for all of us, as adults, in witnessing what's going on in the youngsters' minds - their internal states - as they embark on their wondrous journey to discover the bounty!
What characterizes that state of mind?
ABUNDANCE, ENTHUSIASM and GRATITUDE
ABUNDANCE: There is no lack. I am certain that the prize is out there. What I desire is available to me.

ENTHUSIASM: I'm operating from a place of pure and causeless bliss.

GRATITUDE: Not only am I grateful for the prize, I'm also grateful for its hidden nature. The fact that my desires are often hidden from view, gives this experience its value!

Think about how differently we view our lives as conditioned adults. Often doubting that what we want is available. Begrudgingly setting about our days. And complaining about how difficult things are.
The Easter Egg Hunt Mentality is our natural state. It's simply how we operate and view the world before we're educated about our limitations. Let's return to it. Use this Easter ritual as a reminder to engage life from a place of abundance, enthusiasm and gratitude!
