Spotlight on Energy Efficiency
| You Have the Power Campaign in Full Swing
Robbinsdale Area Schools has made a commitment to an initiative called Schools for Energy Efficiency® (SEE). SEE provides schools with no-cost and low-cost strategies and activities to help lower their schools' energy costs. The program is designed for K-12 schools to implement a systemized plan promoting efficient facility operations and behavior modification through energy awareness.
The theme of the campaign this year is You Have the Power. During this year, we are focusing on empowerment: discovering ways that we can make simple changes in our daily routines to save - not only on our district's energy costs, but saving energy for everyone's benefit. Sheri Brunner is the district's Energy Efficiency Coordinator. To read more from Sheri about how you can help cut energy costs, click here.
