Seven Dreams Education Foundation Kicks Off a New Year of Support for Robbinsdale Area Schools

The Seven Dreams Education Foundation (SDEF) announced a three-year commitment to fund the Young People's Symphony Concert (YPSC) held each year at Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis for district third graders. The financial commitment translates into approximately $4000 per year and covers the cost for preparatory classroom visits by Minnesota Orchestra musicians, the concert and bus transportation. "We're working to inspire the next generation of musicians by involving them in early music appreciation," explained Debbie Fitzsimmons, SDEF president.
