| Greetings!
This is the last issue of Habitat Happenings for 2009 and of course, December has been a super-busy month for us. We began celebrating our 20th anniversary honoring our founding board members, then dedicated our 14th Habitat house and broke ground on three new houses in New Britain, and held a candlelight prayer service!
As we get to the end of 2009, we can't help but to think of how fortunate we are to count the generous support of our volunteers and donors. As more families are in need of a safe and decent place to call home, think of how your tax-deductible donation can help them get out of poverty housing. Please take a minute to make your donation by completing the donation form or donating online.
From all of us at Hartford Area Habitat for Humanity and on behalf of the 172 families you have helped us help during the last 20 years, have a safe and happy holiday season! Enjoy this edition of Habitat Happenings! |
