Respond! calls for review of rent supplement Ireland's leading housing charity Respond! is calling for radical changes to be made to rent supplement as the cost of the scheme has increased dramatically in the past number of years. They insist that the supplement is an inefficient use of state resources with private landlords benefitting most from the payment.
