Come out and enjoy a family fun night of baseball & fireworks while helping Paul's Kids, too!
Join us again this year at the Campbell's Field in Camden, New Jersey on Saturday, August 06, 2011 at 5:35 p.m. It is conveniently located at the foot of the Ben Franklin Bridge .
Tickets are $11.00 each (+ $1.25 service charge). $5.00 of each and every ticket sold will go to Paul's Kids. Please see the attached flyer for details regarding how to purchase your tickets online at the Riversharks.com website. To ensure that Paul's Kid's receives the $5.00/ticket credit, you must purchase your tickets on or before Tuesday, July 26th 2011.
The Camden Riversharks will be hosting the Road Warriors (a traveling team that originated in Lancaster , PA ) followed by a spectacular post-game fireworks. This is a great event--just ask anyone who has attended in the past. And as always, Paul's Kids will have its own section #207 located between home plate and first base.
Last year we had 70 people turn out for this awesome event. This year we are shooting for at least 100! So please invite your extended family, friends and neighbors to join us, too!

New Eye Surgery Program Coordinator ...
Paul's Kids is very fortunate to have Bonnie Elster as our new Eye Surgery Program Coordinator. Bonnie and her partner live in PA with their two children Gracie (10) and Delaney (7). She is currently Facilities Services Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company for 98 stores in PA and WV. Bonnie has volunteered her time to many worthy causes like breast cancer and aids awareness, community cleanup programs, and helping the Haitian orphans that were brought to PA after the earthquake.

The response for the school scholarship program was absolutely wonderful these past few months and now
130 children will be able to attend school in the fall.

Homeland Tour Reminder
We already have a group of families that responded to our last e-mail about a possible homeland tour next year.
If you are interested in traveling back to Vietnam with Paul to experience the Vietnamese culture with their children, enjoy some sight-seeing, and also volunteer for Paul's Kids please let us know.
