Tet Gifts Presented to Students
Dear School Supporters,
On January 25th 2011 Mr. Thanh, our Vietnamese representative, presented all 100 of the scholarship students with gifts for Tet. Tet is the Vietnamese New Year and a very special time for the children at Kieng Phuoc 1 and Kieng Phuoc 2 primary schools. Each child received 20 books, 3 pens, and a box of cookies.
These gifts were possible because of your generous sponsorship. The children were very pleased to be thought of during Tet and so appreciative! Mr. Thanh said one little girl spoke on behalf of all the children to tell you, the sponsors, how thankful they were.
We are in the process of identifying other projects (like supplying running water) for this school year to benefit all the children in these schools. We will keep you posted.

Tracy Wood and her family traveled to Vietnam in December and were able to visit the students at the Kieng Phuoc 1 & 2 schools. They had a very rewarding experience spending time at the homes of the children they sponsor. The Wood's were kind enough to take photos and share them with Paul's Kids. Thank you so much! |

Volunteer Opportunities
