Parade of Homes Hosts Are Top of Class

Kilbourne Group extends a big THANK YOU to the students from West Fargo Technology Student Association (TSA) who helped during the Spring Parade of Homes! The students, who served as elevator hosts, put in 40+ hours working at 300 Broadway.

Their duties were to greet guests, provide them with information, personally guide them to the model unit, and ensure a positive experience for all of our Parade of Home guests.

Rose Namee, a 7th grade participant, said it was a great experience. "The people were very friendly. The building was phenomenal, and the program was great at helping people find the right home for them and their needs."

Ben Schroeder from Park Company was more than impressed. "The kids and parents were awesome! Full of excitement, on time, very professional, and the people touring 300 thought it was a nice touch!"

Kilbourne Group is a proud sponsor of TSA, an organization that enables students to participate in a wide range of different technology events. TSA advisors include Danielle Kamrud and Jim Thomas, both teachers at the West Fargo Middle Schools. The West Fargo TSA group captured eight first-place medals in the TSA state competition, winning medals for team and individual events in website design, graphic design, digital photography, and multimedia production.

Students receiving first-place medals are competing this week in the national TSA competition in Dallas, Texas. Best of luck to all from Kilbourne Group, and thank you again for your help during the Parade of Homes!

Welcome Home300 broadway sign

The NEW model unit at the 300 Broadway condos is open!  Recently completed, unit #202 offers a view of Broadway from a condo with high ceilings, modern kitchen and an airy living room. Visitors' first impression is always "WOW!", and Park Company realtor Carol Raney says that reaction is a result of the unit having a "big city look and feel."

The 300 Broadway condos offer worry-free living at its best in the heart of downtown Fargo. Plus, condo owners can take advantage of Renaissance Zone tax savings:

  • Eligible for property tax savings for up to five years.
  • The purchase of a condo at 300 Broadway as a primary residence in the Renaissance Zone qualifies the owner for a North Dakota tax exemption of up to $10,000 per year for five years.

In addition to condos, 300 Broadway includes retail space, an amazing two-story atrium and a 78-seat Fargo Theatre second screen.

Make plans now to visit the new model unit, #202, to see and experience 300 Broadway! The unit is open for tours from noon to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact Park Company realtors Carol Raney or Ben Schroeder for more information.
