Spring is in the Downtown Air!
With rising rivers now a thing of the past (at least for awhile), it seems that spring has sprung in downtown Fargo. There's a lot happening over the next couple months, and we've highlighted a few events in this newsletter. We're excited to welcome two new businesses to downtown Fargo: Art Materials at 300 Broadway and Polished Nail Spa at 102 Broadway. Welcome to the downtown scene! These businesses, scheduled to open in late May, bring something new to downtown Fargo. Take a stroll and pop into businesses new and old. Things are changing in downtown Fargo! The spring air certainly has had an effect on us! In conjunction with the upcoming Spring Parade of Homes, scheduled from April 24 to May 2, we're offering a Parade of Homes special on unit 202 at 300 Broadway. Regularly priced at $240,000, the Parade of Homes special--good only during the Spring Parade of Homes dates--is $219,000. That's a savings of more than $20,000! To learn more about taking advantage of this special, or to get a tour of unit 202, contact Carol Raney or Ben Schroeder of Park Company Realtors.
I hope you take the time to enjoy the wonder and beauty of spring by "unplugging" and going for a walk or run to take in the newness of the season. Here's to spring!
