As F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote in his novel The Great Gatsby: "Life starts over when it gets crisp in the fall."
As we anticipate the fall harvest and the bounty it brings to our region, we also want to bring something new to life - our Kilbourne Group newsletter.
Our newsletter will provide updates on current and future Kilbourne Group projects and keep you up-to-date on downtown Fargo-Moorhead events and happenings. From time to time, we will also share the views, facts and ideas that help shape our vision for a robust, exciting, green and livable downtown core for our broader community.

Over the last several months, we've offered visitors to our website the opportunity to register for a

Crawl Along!
The Fargo Moorhead Visual Artists Studio Crawl is slated for
Saturday and Sunday, October 3 and 4. As in previous years, ancillary events
are planned to give "Crawlers" opportunities for an entire weekend of
activities - and this year the focus is on Fargo's downtown area. In fact,
Crawlers can wear "ART" buttons to receive discounts at a variety of
area businesses. Kilbourne Group is excited to host visiting artists in 300
Broadway's open commercial space. Check out the Fargo Moorhead Visual Artists

Happy First Anniversary
We're excited to celebrate the first anniversary of our
business and residential clients at The Lofts on
Roberts. Kilbourne Group completed the renovation of The Lofts on
Roberts, located at 309 Roberts Street in downtown Fargo, in August 2008. This one-year
anniversary provides a point of reference for looking back and assessing just
how far we've come. The building houses the Silver Moon Supper Club on its first floor and 21 loft-style apartments on its
second through fourth floors. The building has secured entrances and offers
easy access to Broadway through the 300 Broadway
