Live At The Upstream---Final Summer Performance, Thursday September 6th   

The last of our FREE Live at The Upstream musical evenings for the summer happens tomorrow, September 6th at 7:30 P.M.    Please join us to welcome Matt Turk, whose most recent album  "American Preservation" was extremely well received by the music world, reaching #20 on the folk/dj charts.  Matt has shared the stage with such greats as Bob Dylan, the Dave Matthews band, Fiona Apple and the Doobie Brothers, to name just a few.  We hope you'll take advantage of this special opportunity to hear Matt, and view our current group show.

July 6th through September 6th: Upstream Group Show

September 13th through October 7th:  Lanny Lasky Retrospective Exhibit; Opening Reception Sunday September 16th, 2-5 pm.  

Upstream Gallery was started in 1991 by a group of Westchester artists who were looking for a venue to show their work outside of traditional commercial galleries.

The gallery has two street level exhibition spaces.  The current artist members work in a variety of media including painting, sculpture, collage / assemblage, print-making and photography.  Styles range from the representational to the abstract.  Members have shown in a wide variety of exhibitions throughout the United States and Europe. Upstream encourages artists to submit their work for review.  Submissions are reviewed on a monthly basis.
