New Procedure for Invoices

AmeriKen will begin emailing invoices by the end of the month!

Our goal is to be emailing all invoices by the end of November. We will need a specific email address to send invoices to. (We will not be using your tracking/eclub membership email address unless you tell us to use this address.) If you have not provided us with a specific email address for invoices, please email us the information ASAP.

For each invoice you will receive an email with an attached PDF containing the invoice. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print a copy of your invoice. If you do not have this installed, you can download it, for free, from here.

We will be sending out email notifications with a specific start date when the new system is up and running.

During the year end holidays is a great time to perform maintenance on your rule processor or manual equipment. We'll extend this 10% discount if you Book Now and Re-Sharpen Later. Simply call and "Make an Appointment" before November 30th for any day during the last two weeks of December. Then wait and send your tooling in for your appointment date over the holidays. You will not be invoiced until services are performed.

Appointment dates during this time will be given on a first-come first serve basis. So make your appoint now by contacting Dan Rose in our Illinois Location or Alycia Depew in our Nevada location.

All AmeriKen Locations will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th. - Happy Thanksgiving!

UPS's Delivery Schedule for these days is as follows:

Wednesday: Normal pickup and delivery. UPS NDA packages will be delivered on Friday. UPS 2nd Day Air will be delivered on Monday. (Except those processed and labeled for Saturday Delivery.)

Thursday - UPS Express Critical Only

Friday - UPS Air Packages Only. No Ground pickups or deliveries.
