Greetings!

Welcome to the Awakening Message. This week's message is about facing adversity without fear and reconnecting to the inner strength that resides within each one of us.

Courage in the Face of Adversity

How natural it seems to slip into a state of despair when we experience loss and hardship. We feel as though the roots that we have imbedded so deeply into the known have been ripped from our solid foundation. Our connection has been severed and we are left naked and exposed to the harsh elements of change. Our status and identity are suddenly challenged and our future becomes uncertain. We question the existence of the divine and our place in the universe. In times like these we must reconnect with the inner strength that resides within us all.

Take a moment each day to reconnect with the true essence of your being. You will discover a deep well of strength and courage that lies at the core of your soul. Remember that you are a resilient being and that by your very nature have the inherent ability to adapt to change. The awareness that is sparked during this process will give you the comfort that you seek.

The tides of change will continue to crash upon your shore yet you will be able to still the waters with your newfound courage. You are an infinite being and will express yourself through a multitude of experiences. Honour each experience and rest with the faith that difficulty will vanish when boldly faced.
