The Reviews Are Arriving On "That Was Then This Is Now"
Dear friend and reader:

As an author, my full ambition is to create stories in books that resonate with you, the reader, in a number of ways: To make you think; to help you to learn; to share a perspective far-too-infrequently exposed; to entertain.

I'm proud to say the reviews are coming in from readers across the country and they classify my new book, "That Was Then This Is Now," as a breakthrough novel on relationships from a man's perspective.

Said Sandi Greene Skipper of Virginia Beach: "It was a awesome journey about three guys who stayed "boys" in their adulthood. . . . While reading some parts (the intimate scenee) I had to cool off and compose myself. Talk about a vivid imagination."

"Better than Steve Harvey's book because it gives you real life situations that the characters have to deal with," said reader Chanda Mosley of Houston. "And you can see yourself in the women. And the men are men you know or have dealt with. It made reminisce, angry, laugh, cry, rejoice. And I learned some things. I didn't want it to end."

And on and on the reviews have been. I hope you order your copy today ONLY at www.curtisbunn.com and be among the many around the country who have enjoyed this "virtual tour inside the minds of men."
The Man Movement: Let's Get More Men To Read!!!
We know women read books far more than men. Why that is so, I have theories on, but won't get into them here. The reality is we need men to read more and that's where you come in.

Starting now, I'm leading The Man Movement, which is an effort by readers like you to encourage, persuade, cajole, demand, bribe the men you know to pick up a book. For sure, I believe That Was Then This Is Now is the ideal book to get started with men who are reluctant to read. The men who have purchased the bCG Bunnook have devoured it.

Said Petey Franklin of Atlanta: "I don't know when it became taboo for men to read books, but we've got to get pass that. (That Was Then This Is Now) was excellent. As a man, you relate to the things the men had to deal with -- and how they dealt with them. Great reading."

Books make great gifts -- and this book also makes a great conversation piece. So pick at least two men and either order the book for them or encourage them to place an order. And here's the special part of it: When an order is placed for a man, you receive two books for just $20 -- instead of $15 each.

In other words, order a copy for you and at least one guy and save $5 per book!!! And each book will be signed by me before it is shipped. Come on board and do your part in helping men enjoy wonder of reading. (Click on my photo to read Chapter 1 and order the book.)
Book Clubs: I'm Willing and Able

As far as I'm concerned, one of the joys of being an author is to meet with book clubs. The fellowship, the laughter, the learning -- makes me feel like I do when I leave church: spirited and uplifted.

That Was Then This Is Now is a wonderful book club discussion book because it touches all the emotions and places you in the position of the characters. What would YOU do? How would YOU react? You are drawn into the characters and you have a vested interest in them.

I have a vested interest in meeting (and hearing from) those who read my books. So, when your book club reads That Was Then This Is Now, reach out to me to see if I can join your discussion about the book, in one way or another: [email protected]. If it is possible, I will be there and we'll have a great time.

So there you have it. Well, at least some of it. All the really good stuff rests on the pages of "That Was Then This Is Now." Thanks in advance so much for helping make this book a hot read throughout the country. And let's do something big and get a copy in the hands of men!!!

Peace and blessings,

CURTIS
