FUN, NEW Strength Class! Shake up your fitness routine with a 45-minute workout on the ball! This class will focus on improving your balance, agility and overall strength while having a few laughs at the same time. EVERYONE can use this tool to tone abs, legs, core and upper body. We will also use weights and incorporate a little cardio for our hearts! If you've reached a plateau in your fitness goals, GET ON THE BALL Tuesday mornings at 8:30 AM with Lynn B! Follow up with 45 minutes of Zumba, beginning at 9:15AM! |
