ARE YOU LISTENING? Free Surveys!
If you've read Rule #1: Stop Talking, you've seen (and may have taken) the listening surveys in the book. The surveys are now available as a free pdf download at Linda Eve Diamond, Ink and also at Listeners Unite! Go to the blog on either site to download them. To deepen your listening awareneds, take them with work-mates, friends and loved ones then talk about them together--and listen, too!

LESS TALK, MORE MONEY
Go to the "Business" link at Listeners Unite! and scroll down to "Free Resources for Listening in Business" to find a tele-class with Lisa Marie Platske, President & CEO of Upside Thinking. In this interactive tele-class, "Less Talk, More Money: How to Start Listening and Improve Your Bottom Line," you can listen in on our discussion about how to improve listening skills for increased sales and greater customer retention. (Interviews are also available through the Linda Eve Diamond site in the "News & Events" section.)
