There is no hiding from it. The transition is here...right now! The transition from a year that has been particularly difficult for many, and downright brutal for some, to new year that is rich with opportunity for strengthening current endeavors and beginning new ones.

I imagine that you, like many other folks, are doing some degree of reflection about 2009 and consideration of 2010. It is a useful practice, particularly during times of transition, to actually slow down and think...

Normally, I live my life in a way that is pretty busy and chaotic...more by habit than intent...and I don't take enough time to assess and envision and plan how I want my life, and my business, to be. And I'm well aware that I'm not alone in my tendency to be more reactive than proactive. This time of year seems an ideal time to be more proactive.

I've posted on our website four worksheets that can help support your assessing, envisioning and planning--one is a list of five questions that I ask most of my coaching clients; two are values clarification worksheets, to help you clarify what is most important to you overall in your life; and the other is the business planning worksheet that we sent out in preparation for designing your webpage.
