| Clinton Progressive Association Generator Project Celebration - Thursday, December 17th at 5:30
The Clinton Progressive Association's big project to install a back-up generator that will allow the Hall to have lights, a working stove, heat and hot water even if there is a power outage is fully complete. This is a major upgrade to our Red Cross Day Shelter. This project has been in process for almost four years when the community told us that a true Public Shelter Building would be of great benefit for all.
PSE provided the majority of funds for this project and the Association raised monies for the final costs of completion.
Two volunteers have been most instrumental: Sharon Collver Horvath who wrote the grant to PSE and Phil Wright, project leader, for the work itself.
Phil will be giving a demonstration, after which we will have a little celebration.
This improvement in our Public Shelter building benefits everyone. Everyone is welcome to share in our celebration of task complete.
Thursday, Dec 17 5:30 at Clinton Hall.
