The vision for the 2010 IADC Lifting & Mechanical Handling Conference & Exhibition is to demonstrate the inherent systems of management control, training and equipment design have benefited from past experience. That improvement is a continuous learning process of open dialogue and a willingness to share best practice. BLP Chant Proof Tester
Things are heating up at Bishop Lifting this summer with the addition of our new 3.3 million pound proof tester. With an overall length of 323 feet, and inside pulling length of around 275 feet, it's the most technically advanced proof tester ever built. With a 3-in-1 design, we can proof test inside the bed using the main cylinders, pull from the mechanically propelled trolley end cylinders to take up slack, and test from the main cylinders in reverse while connected to a foundation anchor for horizontal spreader bar testing.
