Are You Ready to Comply?
virginia graeme baker
The Dec. 19 deadline for the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act is fast approaching. Failure to comply could result in fines up to $1.8 million or jail time. Are you ready?

If not, Aquatics International is hosting a FREE Webcast on Oct. 22 at 11 a.m. PST, 2 p.m., EST. The Webcast will feature experts from CPSC and APSP, as well as other industry pros in a roundtable discussion. It will be followed by a Q&A session.

[Editor's note: We are waiting to hear from the compliance board about whether pools which are strictly used for therapy and not available to the public at any time must comply by this date. More to follow....]
