CCN's Very First Campus Leader...
6 Years Later!
Lashelle (left) witnessing after a CCN training on Seton Hall University | In 2004, Lashelle became the very first Campus Leader of a small ministry with a big vision to reach students for Christ and to train collegians to biblically preach the gospel with zeal and boldness.
Teaching lessons on witnessing and taking students out to share the gospel on campus, she faced much opposition, but remained faithful all the way through graduation. Six years later, now a faithful wife and mother, Lashelle is currently obtaining her Masters in Criminal Justice at Rutgers University and on scholarship with the New Jersey Prevention Network to become a licensed drug and alcohol counselor.
With all that is on her plate, Lashelle continues to serve the Lord in her local church and reaching the lost in her community with the biblical gospel! She is the Assistant Coordinator for her church's outreach team and leads a Bible study at a local nursing home.
"Attending CCN was life-changing, because it prepared me to do what God called me to do, which is to win the lost.," Lashelle shared. "CCN provided me with the structure, confidence and boldness that I needed to reach the lost. It prepared me to be the person that I am today in regards to witnessing!" Part of CCN's vision is to raise up tomorrow's leaders for Christ - Christians who are sold out for spreading the gospel boldly.

"[CCN} also taught me to be a leader and train other people who also want to be a witness for Christ... You don't know what type of potential you have until you step out of you comfort zone and do something you've never done!"
As for her outlook on her busy schedule, Lashelle says, "I believe that if you care, you will make time to do it. Taking time out of my business character to serve the Lord is my service to God."
Please pray for our sister, Lashelle as she continues to serve the Lord by spreading the gospel and teaching others to do so through her local church.
