Family Volunteer Night
In honor of Hampton City School's Parent Involvement Day, the Hampton Family YMCA is hosting this year's Family Volunteer Night on Thursday, November 19th from 5:30pm-8:00pm. During this time, you and your family can decorate a Thanksgiving food box for a family in need this season. For this event we are partnering with Calvary Assembly of God Church and Healthy Family Partnerships. Along with the Church we have been collecting food donations to fill these boxes. If interested in participating, stop by at anytime between 5:30pm-8:00pm on Thursday. Coats For Kids Program
You may know that the entire community comes together to  provide warm coats to people who need them through WAVY's program. Businesses donate new coats and individuals donate gently used coats, which are cleaned free of charge by area cleaners, then the coats are distributed at various locations around Hampton Roads. The coats are free to anyone who comes in.
The Hampton Family YMCA is serving as a distribution sight for this year's Coats for Kids program. If you or someone you know is in need of a coat this winter please stop by!
Coats will be distributed on the following days from 9AM - 1PM

Responsible Sports Community Grant
The Hampton Family YMCA has been registered at ResponsbileSports.com and approved for participating in a Community Grant program. We have the opportunity to receive a $2,500 to enhance our sports programming, but we need as many people as we can get to click on the link below and fill out a short quiz.

Reminders!
Santa's Breakfast
Mark your calendars for Santa's Breakfast on December 5 from 9:00am-11:00am. Take part in making ornaments, story time with the elves, and getting a picture with Santa. Cost will be $3.00 per person for members and $5.00 per person for program participants.
