While We Were Closed...Parking Lot
A lot was accomplished by staff and volunteers in the three days the Hampton Family YMCA was closed. The parking lot was repainted, the floors in the group exercise room and gymnasiums were resurfaced. The hallway floors were buffed and waxed. All of the tile in the locker rooms was deep cleaned. The classrooms were repainted. The fitness floor was scrubbed and all of the fitness equipment cleaned.
We want to thank all of our members and guests for their patience while we were closed.

Looking for ways for you and your family to get active?
Fall Season is here and the YMCA offers a variety of Sports programs for youth and Adults.  Our youth programs have an emphasis on fun and learning basic skills while building confidence and self-esteem.  The YMCA is a great place to introduce your children to sports. We also have registration going on for Adult Coed A League Volleyball, Coed BB League Volleyball and Women's League Volleyball.  The last day to register for any of these programs is September 11, 2009.Ongoing sports programs include Tae Kwon Do and Fencing.
